Trail Route: Amritsar – Dharamshala – Manali – Leh

Day 01: Arrive Amritsar

Pick up from Amritsar Railway station or Airport and transfer to Hotel. PM visit Wagah Border. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Amritsar to Dharamshala (200 kms - 6 hrs)

Morning after breakfast visit Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, later continue drive to Dharamshala. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free to explore McLeod Ganj market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Dharamshala

Morning half day tour visiting Norbulingka Institute and Kangra State Museum. Afternoon a half day tour visiting Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple and St John’s church. Evening free to explore McLeod Ganj market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Dharamshala to Manali (250 kms 8 hrs)

Morning breakfast at hotel, later drive to Manali. En route crossing Palampur town, Mandi town and Kullu town. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free to explore Manali. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Manali

Morning half day tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple and Vashisht. Afternoon half day tour visiting Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery (closed on mondays) and some other old temples in Naggar village. Evening free to explore Manali market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Manali to Sarchu (222 km 10 hrs)

Morning after breakfast drive to Sarchu over Rohtang Pass (3980m) & Baralacha La (4800m) enroute crossing several villages. On arrival check in at camp. Rest of the day free to explore. Overnight in tent.

Day 07: Sarchu to Leh  (250 kms 10 hrs)

Morning after breakfast check out from the camp and drive to Leh over Lachang La (5065 m) and Tanglang La (5360 m). On arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: In Leh

The morning is at leisure for rest after the long journey. After lunch get familier with the Leh city and its important touristic destinations such as Palaces / Monasteries and Local market. Visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa, Leh Palace & the markets. After late afternoon drive in the east of Leh city to explore Shey Palace and Thikse Monastery. Back to the hotel in the evening and a hang out in Leh market will be exciting. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel in Leh.

Day 09: Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley (125 kms)

After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardung La (alt: 18,380 ft) - Highest Motorable road in the world. After descending from the pass, arrive at Diskit and check in at your hotel / camp. After getting freshen up and enjoying a cup of tea, explore the beautiful monastery of Diskit Gompa and drive further to Hunder to see the Bactrian camel with two hump. You may have a pleasure to experience camel ride around the sand dunes of Hunder in Nubra Valley (direct payment basis). Evening back to the hotel / Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 Day 10: Nubra Valley - Khardung La - Leh (125 kms)

In the morning after breakfast explore the right bank of Shyok river to reach at Panamic Hot spring sulfer water. If you are interested to have a bath at the spring here, be ready with your towels and other essential clothing. Back to Samstaling Monastery in Sumur and retrace back to Leh City. Evening at leisure in Leh city followed by dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

Day 11: Leh - Pangong Lake – Leh (150 kms one way)

Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 150 kms, located on the Indo China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft). Enjoy the beautiful panorama around the lake and its beautiful mixed color. One of the biggest and longest high altitude lake in India. Retrace back to Leh City and another dinner and overnight at the hotel in Leh.

Day 12: Departure Leh

After breakfast, check out from hotel, and you will get transferred to the airport in time to board flight for onward destination.

  • Climatic conditions in the high altitudes vary from the plains; take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
  • Pay heed to the trek leader or instructor in order to enjoy a safe and sound trekking experience.
  • Do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the trek.
  • Avoid trekking during the nights.
  • Before undertaking the trek, consult a physician.
  • Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the trek.
  • The trek takes place through eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites or campsites.
  • Below 3 years child is not recommendable for the tour.
  • Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with parents without extra bed.
  • Children between 5 – 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.
  • 02nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing parent’s bed have to pay extra for meals only.
  • Please bring your own USB Pendrive of 32 GB for videos and images.


Cancellation Policy
  • 25% amount will be deducted before 30 days prior to departure date.
  • 50% amount will be deducted between 30 -15 days prior to departure date.
  • 100% amount will be deducted less than 15 days of departure date.
